Position the Panel
Place the panel 15–45 cm (6–18 inches) from the treatment area. Use a closer distance for targeted treatment and a slightly greater distance for larger body areas.
Expose the Treatment Area
For optimal light absorption, expose clean, bare skin whenever possible. Remove clothing, makeup, or thick skincare products from the area being treated.
Protect Your Eyes
Wear the included protective eyewear during every session, especially when treating the face. Avoid looking directly into the LEDs while the panel is operating.
Set Your Session Time
Treat each area for 10–20 minutes depending on your wellness goals. Beginners may wish to start with shorter sessions and gradually increase duration as needed.
Stay Consistent
Use your panel 3–5 times per week for general wellness, recovery, and skin health. Daily use is also suitable for many users when following the recommended exposure times.
